I went here for dinner tonight with my boyfriend, and overall I left pretty unsatisfied (NB: I am American). For appetizers, we got the chicken wings, which were very tasty. However, I found my main course to be very disappointing. I got a BBQ Hamburger: the patty was tough and overcooked, and I am convinced it was probably frozen previously. The bacon was soft, instead of crispy as they usually are in America (and any decent burger in general). The fries did not have salt on them and were tasteless. And worst part of it all, there was no ketchup. First of all, what kind of restaurant makes you pay for ketchup?? It was only €0.20, but this is a restaurant, and a supposedly 'American' restaurant. I should not have to even ask for ketchup to go with my fries, and then have it served in packets (I really felt like I was in McDonalds, but paying more). The idea of having to pay for ketchup in a restaurant would be a ridiculous thing in America. It's like going to an Italian restaurant and having to ask and pay for olive oil, and then receiving it in a small serving packet. Ridicolo.
To sum it up: I won't be going back. I found the quality of Old Wild West hamburgers equivalent to fast food places in America (McDonalds, Burger King, etc), but much more pricey. Very unimpressive.
If you're looking for good burgers, there are many other much much better places in Milan for that; and from my experience, I will assume the same goes for steak and whatever else Old Wild West offers on their menu.
