An interesting recently opened exhibition of paintings and sculptures in a former bank building in Piazza della Scala. The building itself is impressive, in the rationalist style. Art is from the Intesa Sanpaolo collections. There are almost 200 artworks spanning the last century. Features are futurism and an installation, Italian Time by Emilio Isgrò. Free admission. Highlight is a number of reliefs by Canova. Some of the art is average but there is enough of good quality to make a visit enjoyable and worthwhile.
