“Nice hotel, good location, polite staff”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2014

Stayed here for 4 nights for F1 weekend. Staff was very polite and helped with everything we asked. Room was basic, clean and quiet. There is free WiFi which worked great, you get the login details from reception, i didn't like that it's only for 24h so you have to ask for new login every day. Red M1 metro station is near. The bed and pillow are very, very hard! The breakfast was good, you have nice variety to eat, staff is very friendly. Good choice for a budget hotel.

Getting a good hotel room or family suite for 5 reasonably priced in Milano is not easy. The family suite had two bedrooms with 5 beds. It was clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was ok but could have had more healthy options. The sockets were non standard which made it impossible to charge phones at night. The hotel is easily accessible by metro. It is in a quiet area and the nearest pizzeria has great food too.

This hotel has a mixture of pros and cons. Overall it was OK but for the price there are probably better options in Milan.

Pros:
Very nice complementary breakfast.
Excellent bathroom.
Quiet and convenient location.

Cons:
Some staff were quite rude. Asking for assistance often felt like an inconvenience for them.
Wifi (although free) was very erratic and not very reliable.
Bedroom was small and cramped.

Located close to metro station, nice and tidy hotel. Our room and bathroom were big enough and clean. Staff helpful. Very nice pastry for breakfast. Very cozy neighborhood. We stayed one night. Recommended

Stayed there with my boyfriend and three friends, we got a very nice and comfortable room with one double bed and three single beds. Breakfast was okay, location is nice you walk probably around 5 minutes to next underground station and it is not a long trip to Duomo and those places. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for 2 nights as I was going to a concert at the San Siro. Room was basic, reminded me of a Travel-lodge type place. Room was quiet. Don't know if there was ac. My free wifi worked, got the login details from reception. Works for 24 hours. Breakfast was yoghurt, fruit, juice, bread, rolls, meat, cheese.

Close to metro station + easy to get to other popular areas of Milan.

My complaints are the pillow was brick hard, so slept without it. The other one, I paid my bill on leaving + the receptionist turned his back on me and walked away without even a "thank you" or "bye" or "safe trip home" - nothing.

If I was going to the San Siro again for either a concert or a football match, I wouldn't stay here - kept getting lost every single time from the San Siro to the hotel!!
