“Needs renovation..”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

This is our second stay in Enterprise, Milan. First time was 4 years ago and it is obvious that time took its toll. Rooms and furniture look tired and the air has an unpleasant, heavy smell. You can't leave windows open either, since the road beneath is quite noisy.
Service was inconsistent. Complimentary water bottle was missing on few occasions and we had to ring reception twice for coffee sachets that were not replenished.
Front desk instructions for wifi connection were confusing. They tell you that you just need to use a random user name/pass, when in fact you have to go through a registration process before you are able to do that.
Breakfast is still excellent however.

I've been staying many times at Enterprise Hotel in Milan, both for private and business purposes.
The hotel is close to central MIlan area, covered by taxis and bus and all the ways to conect you to the very center of MIlan in frew minutes.
The rooms are clean and well equipped and also the "apartments " are very nice.
Sophia's restaurant is amazing and the location is beautiful as well for the breakfast !

Desk people are very kind and it's always a pleasure dealing with them.

Great Value, good location, not so far from downtown and shopping. Nice and clean...great service. The TVs are a bit tricky. Loved that we could get programs in English. We don't suggest the restaurant as much. A quick note, the bus does not run on Saturdays and Sundays. Check out restaurants on the back side of the hotel, fabulous! We stayed for 3 nights and would stay again.

Overall a superb experience, better than expectations, as four star in Italy is not always four star. This is.The room was larger than expected, well fitted out and a very comfortable bed. Nice wooden floors. A very good and colourful bathroom with mosaic tiles. Surprisingly quiet. I was there for a conference and [hardworking] wife for a holiday. Location perfect to suit us both, very near convention centre and a very easy ride to central city on the tram. There is an excellent supermarket close by, with a good selection of everything, including quite good wine at very good prices.

The front of house staff very helpful at all times. The breakfast possibly the overall best in our wide travels and the personally made omelette especially good. So much choice we couldn't try it all in 7 days but gained a little weight trying. The restaurant has quite good food but the service even better, with very nice touches of a little free taste of prosecco to start and chefs creations between courses. The happy hour on Thursdays with free food and one free cocktail per guest is very convivial. We will definitely stay here if we should get to visit Milan again.

Room Tip: We had room 302, facing inwards, so quiet. Outward rooms would get some tram noise, but by big city...

We stayed here for a night and it was great. The bed and room were both big and bathroom was also to a reasonable size. Bit far from city centre so will need to find a mode of transport as wouldn't recommend walking. Can’t comment on the spa and food as none was used. We had a car so using the car park from the hotel was a massive bonus! Great service at reception also and taxi came to pick us within 2 minutes, which was excellent!

Stayed for 2 nights in June - we had a simple room with everything we needed and the a/c & wifi worked well. the shower room was a galley but it was complete and the shower was powerful.Good selection of toiletries
Helpful reception staff and the breakfast was superb - great choice and the sous chef was on duty both mornings happy to prepare an omelette to order.
The underground car park was essential for us - its pricey but parking in Milan can be a nightmare - we left our car unused until we checked out.
Good selection of restaurants close to the hotel and the No 1 tram runs regularly into the centre.

The hotel is nice, room are clean and relatively affordable. Not memorable, but for visiting Milan it is perfect. We did not have breakfast or dinner there, but there are more than 3000 restaurants to choose from in Milan!
