“Nice convenient Hotel. 10 mts walk to Mico Milan convention centre”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 days ago NEW

Stayed in Melia Milan Hotel for 5 nights while attending a conference. Nice Hotel. Metro Station Lotto (Red Line) walking distance. And a super market also close by. Staff friendly. Room good quality. Breakfast decent. I had a balcony for the room. Fully covered but can be used for smoking.

The room house keeping average. Needed to ask for bath get and shampoo. The room did not have a kettle. On asking was provided one for 5 euro a day. This is the bad part of the deal. This is bad. I suggest the hotel improves on this and scores full marks!

Far away from all attractions but clean, convenient and quiet. And with the metro you are in the centre in 15 mts.

Room Tip: Room with balcony will be good

Held a corporate dinner here. Hotel is well located to MiCo conference centre. Very impressive on arrival, grand lobby and staircase. The function room we used was fine for what we needed but the service here was great. Thank you to Rosa Imperato who was extremely professional and ensured our event was delivered with class. We did not stay here but we wished we had and would have no hesitation in staying here if we visit again! Thank you Melia Milano!

I would imagine you would only stay here for business - it is not close to the centre of to any of the main attractions - but is convenient for some large companies. The syle of the hotel is rather odd - a mix of modern and traditional - and the service is very friendly and helpful - although the check-in process is not the most efficient. Rooms are fine - but many have an internal perspective - nothing to write home about though. I did not eat here but had a drink in the bar which as fine.

This hotel fits well into the Melia brand, with several quirky amenities and excellent customer service. I had help from the concierge with several requests, and all were handled perfectly. I also had what would have been a bad experience in the lobby bar, but the manager fixed it beyond my expectations, so it turned out to be a good experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and plan to stay here again if possible.

One night stay for business. I had selected a room at the "Level". Private check in at the 1st floor lounge. Lounge very nice and with good choice of drinks and snacks, accessible 24 hours with room key! Large and comfortable room with exclusive amenities and a very comfortable bed.
At the ground level an up-scale bar and restaurant. I had breakfast at the Level lounge. Eggs made to order, good choice of everything.
I regret that I could not stay another night at this great hotel. Will certainly return if going to Milan again.

Room Tip: To experience true VIP-service book a Level room.

The hotel is approximately 30 mins from the central Milan. There is a train station close by (5 mins) which makes it convenient to get to the touristy sites.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and public areas, the rooms (atleast the ones we stayed in) were rather bare for a 5 star. The bed is comfortable enough after a tiring day. The staff (apart from the one we came across at the breakfast location) didn't come across as particularly friendly - they did their job but didn't seem too happy to be there.

There is a public paid parking right next door, makes it convenient for those who drive in (costs around 25 euro for the day)

Visited Milano in March beginning for business and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel checkin time is 3PM and though we reached around 3, we got the room only by 5. This in any other part of the world would have been unacceptable, but this was Milan. However, apart from this early glitch, my rest of the stay was fantastic. The hotel is a medium sized hotel, big lobby, the rooms are decent sized and have all the modern amenities. The bathroom was squeaky clean and well furnished. The hotel is in a residential area and hence, not too much of activity around. However, 2 minutes walk there is an underground station which can take you to Duomo (central Milan) in five-10 mins and you are there in the fashion streets of Milan. Some neat restaurants nearby and an esselunga super market as well within 3-4 mins of walk if you wanted to pick some groceries. The hotel staff very good and friendly and helping. Buffet breakfast very good and lots of variety. You can really stuff yourself up with the choice of food. Wifi superfast and free in the lobby (I think). Overall a neat place to pile up if you have a short stay in Milan and enjoy the city with all it has to offer.

Room Tip: Chose street facing rooms, otherwise you would look into a courtyard
