We had a group of 20 people stay here for a 3 nights. The services was very good, breakfast very good, rooms are very nicely appointed but the usualy very small in size. Location is right next to a Metro station which makes it easy to get around. Nice shopping areas and restaurants in the area.

I agree with most of the reviews posted here - this is a really good hotel only 5 mins walk from the main station and 20 minutes from the Duomo. The room was very comfortable, we had one of the higher floors which is probably good to ask for since there could be traffic noise lower down. All the staff were very helpful and the continental breakfast is very tasty. The sauna and steam room are lovely after a hard day's slog round the shops. I can't now remember the name of it but there is an excellent Eritrean restaurant about 5 minutes walk away up Corso Buenos Aires towards the centre about the third turn on the right - something unusual and really good food (and good value for Milan).

The hotel was easy to find, not too far from Milano Centrale Train Station. The staff were great, very helpful, called taxis which did not rip us off!

My mum and younger brother was also with us. My mum in a wheelchair and the hotel were very accomodating with regards to her needs. We recieved a free complimentary drink on arrival and also free one off access to the gym and sauna. My brother informs me the gym was ok as was tha sauna.

Views from the rooftop are excellant.

Cleaning staff great. We left a pair of shoes on the last day and went back to get them. The cleaning staff had bagged them and left them behind the desk for us to pick up.


We did not eat there as the food and snacks were too expensive, but the rooms are great, high quality finish, my husband and I are both in the Architecture/Construction industry so we notice little mistakes!

Designer shops all within walking distance. All day store just across the road serves fresh croissants and crepes for breakfast, very cheap. Also an outdoor cafe on the doorstep serves fresh pizzas which are great and reasonably priced. Easy to get to everywhere, metro outside hotel.

I would definatley use hotel again and suggest to friends and family.

From the metro stop, the hotel is right in the square. Door is not on Corso Buenos Aires so go around. Nice inviting staff. Map and amenities of hotel is given with the electronic key in one. Nice to not need a stack of papers. Electronic signatures and very efficient. We even got a welcome drink from the bar.
Room was a bit crowded with furniture. It was just for one night but it could get old with additional nights. Nice bed with comfy pillows. Long skinny bathroom with a bit tight around the toilet and shower. TV is high tech with menu options and message system.
You can hear and feel the metro but it is so close so of course. Central station is 3 stops away, 10 minutes or so.
Corso Buenos Aires has lots of shopping, real people shopping. Not like the boutiques in Gallerie area. Good finds so close to the hotel.
