The pictures do not tell a lie! The rooms are very modern and very comfortable. The bathroom was probably the best I have experienced in Italy. The meeting rooms are clean, and well equipped, the wifi is free and fast, and the buffet style breakfast was a great set-up for a hard day of enjoying the city.

Located near the train station for east travel, good breakfast included and great restaurants nearby.
The beds are super comfortable with soft pillows. The hotel is located in a quiet area right downtown so everything is close by.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great,it's a completely remodeled hotel

If you need hotel near Central Train Station in Milan this is a good choice (walking distance 10 min with luggages). Clean, renovated, modern and spacious rooms. Very big bath and comfortable bed, pillows and nice bath products. Breakfast was nice. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the coffee from the machine. I recommend it for a city break or business trip. The hotel is close to the train station and Metro Lines (green and yellow). It's good location if you need to catch a train to other city or to take a bus to the airports or to the near outlets. Also is 4 metro stops to Duomo. After the 9:30 p.m. not many people on the streets. So, it's better to be careful.
The hotel staff was polite, but always busy and the space in front of the reception is too small and depressing. We strongly recommend to renovate the entrance and the reception area. It was our first time in Milano, so a little more help and tips for the city could be plus. Finally, I find it a little bit expensive.

The rooms are newly renovated and spacious! The beds were small, as expected in Europe. We booked two doubles and received two twin beds, but aside from that there was plenty of room for my roommate and I to move around. The hotel was a few blocks away from the metro, and the hotel staff was eager to help and very accommodating. I went to several shopping outlets in Italy, and the staff was able to give me directions to catch the shuttle to the Serravalle Outlet. The American styled breakfast buffet was free, not American and not tasty at all. The dinning space is also relatively small, so there was a long line in the morning to sit down to eat. The front of the hotel is under construction, so the front desk looks run down and there is not enough room to move around freely if more than two to three guests are checking in at the same time. The location, friendly staff and room decor make up for the breakfast and construction. I would definitely recommend this hotel when in Milan.

My company reserved a single room for 470 Euro against the 107 Euro of an average price of this hotel in the same period (asking to other clients), and I could not imagine which have been the low level of service that I would find...
The receptionist give me a nice room but with a persistent and continuous noise inside… Just after two changes and a room at the 11th floor that finally found me a room without noise (the reply: 'sorry probably it's the new air conditioned system')
I found work in progress outside and inside the hotel (from the shift to the breakfast room).
Moreover I taken a taxi but we wait 15 minutes before that the receptionist opened the external gate… nobody has apologized to me and I cold not talk to the manager to explain what happened….
