“Convenient Accommodation”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2013

The room was quite small but pleasant enough. There was no noise issue, even though we were at the front of the hotel. Thick double glazed windows seem to help. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean but small. You could hardly move in the shower, it was tiny! Trying to wash my feet was almost impossible, let alone trying to shave my legs! Super tiny lift to the room too, but at least there was one!
The staff were pleasant, & some more helpful than others! The evening concierge was particularly helpful with directions & restaurant suggestions. The morning concierge only sort of helped if he really had to, & you definitely had the feeling that you were just being tolerated (& we aren't demanding guests!).
The location was quite alright, we walked everywhere. It was located quite near the church where The Last Supper is. It wasn't too far from the Cadorna station (a major station), between a 5 & 10 minute walk, dependant upon whether you were making it with luggage or not.
Internet was an extra cost, as was breakfast.
Over all, it was quite an alright place to stay. It was clean, comfortable & convenient.

I stayed one night here and was very much satisfied. Spacious rooms covered with dusty old carpets did not actually smell. Old furniture, strange system to control the lights in room - all that expected in the hotel in Milan city center. Very friendly receptionist told me everything about the city history, about local restaurants and things I must do in Milan (though I don't need such advice I was very happy to listen to him). Breakfast was delicious and nicely served. Bathroom is absolutely renovated and clean. Checkout was quick and same friendly as checkin. Hotel can boast central location, but definitely does not suite people who want to see cool modern design etc. This hotel is old fashioned and stuck in 70-80s, but is actually very romantic. Especially I enjoyed a huge semiround window with a magnificent view to the street.

Room Tip: If you need a quiet atmosphere, ask for the room facing the yard. In the rooms facing the street yo...

We stayed 4 nights in a triple room and found it to be very reasonable size for 2 adults and 1 teen. Good clean hotel with good service from the front desk. Close to city centre and main points of interest. Internet was 5 euros for 24 hours to be used over 3 days, very reasonable. There was a good choice for breakfast. My only issue would be the bed .... rock hard!!!

Family stayed two nights in the triple room facing the road for a bargain rate under 100€ p/n. Room was clean and big enough. Front desk service was good, they organised a cheap transfer to Sans Siro stadium for an AC night game and also stored luggage. Only minor issue we noted was the water pressure and temp in our room was poor, water was either boiling hot or cold. Great location for the price.

Hotel is close to the major attractions of Milan

Front desk staff is very helpful in giving advice on things to do
Front desk allowed for luggage to be stored after check out , free of charge
Wi-Fi is not free
Rooms are small, but bed was comfortable enough for a one night stay
Rooms was equipped with the basic amenities and clean
For the rate, a light breakfast should have been included
The elevator is also very small, but more than one is available, during our stay only one worked
There are some stairs to get to elevator which can be burdensome if there is a lot or heavy luggage

Stayed here or just one night for the Tottenham v Inter Milan game. Lovely little hotel, no chain more your local family run place. Location is great, close to tram, metro and Cardona Express to Milan airport. The local area is good, lots of bar and places to eat. Overall I'd recommend this place.

We stayed here one night because it was easier to fly out of Milan than Venice and we wanted to be close to the train station to catch a train to the airport in the morning. We were able to see a lot of the city because the hotel is in a very convenient location on a nice quiet street. We had a very early morning train so were walking to the train station when it was still dark but had no problems. Room was small but its Europe right? That being said, the room was clean and had nice water pressure in the shower which is more important than having a bigger room sometimes. The staff was very helpful as we were having problems checking in to our flight and they helped as much as they could. I would stay here again.
