Appears geared more toward the business traveler. Nice restaurants in the area to walk to. Easy to catch the metro to the city centery (10 min). Room was nice and updated. Had a bathtub and king bed (not typical two twins pushed together).

I was very please with this hotel! The staff was so nice and helpful as a Diamond VIP I was upgraded to the Executive floor with lounge access. The room was very nice, room was spotless. One of the better Ex lounges that I have been too. The staff helped us with our limited time in the city. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. Have nothing bad to say. Walked from the main train station. Then also walked downtown, about a 15-20 min walk, but was nice.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Milan Hilton. Our room was easily one of the largest we had in Italy (and we've been many times), although I think they do have various sizes as we had a slightly smaller room when we returned from Lake Como for our final night. The modern decor, although typical of Hilton and other 4-star US chains, is a nice change from the others (which are often very gaudy or spartan). The hotel provides Crabtree toiletries. We didn't use their facilities and can't comment on that. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and metro (about 5 min, turn right from the front of the station). From the station, all sights can be easily accessed via the Metro at just EUR 5.50 for a 2-day card. What sets the Hilton apart is the service, which was excellent. On the first evening of our stay, my mum accidentally bumped into the glass revolving door and the staff quicky provided ice packs and made sure she was ok. The concierge was very good with restaurant recommendations - we especially loved Trattoria Giovanni on nearby Via Faza. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Everything you expect to see at a Hilton is here. Loved the downtown location. A 2 minute walk to the Centrale Station. The hotel must have been recently updated is contemporary and comfortable.

Very expensive internet access.

They recently outsourced housekeeping and the prior staff is protesting. They should have informed us prior to our arrival.
