Nice hotel, not far from the main attractions. Small rooms, but clean. Service was good.

I stayed for three nights in this hotel. Central location, next to a metro stop and only 3 stops to the cathedral. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. Overall great value for money.

There was really nothing wrong with this hotel. Subway stop 20 yards from front door means you can get to the center in 10 minutes cheaply and easily. Personally, I liked staying out in a neighborhood with local restaurants, bars, etc. (and there are several excellent restaurants within a block or so.) The staff was friendly and had good English skills. My room was fine. Breakfast was only average. Internet worked effectively. BUT ....
The air-conditioning throughout the hotel was out my entire stay. I was there three nights and heard a different story each day about why it wasn't working. It's on a busy intersection, so with the window open you have a lot of street noise. With the window closed, the room quickly becomes stifling. As a result, I never managed to get to sleep before 3:00 am on any night. I inquired about a fan and the desk man just shrugged.

Although not in the city center, it's just a ten minute metro ride to the Duomo. Hotel is located next to "Lodi Tibb" metro station. Breakfast had nice scrambled eggs which didn't have that "powdered eggs quality." Nice restaurant two blocks away, "Open Cafe Mediterranean Grill," which serves good food and pizza at reasonable prices. Room was clean and comfortable. Modern, decorated lobby.
