“Weird but Cool”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2012

The main attraction at this church is the ossuary chapel. When you enter the church, head to the right and follow the short corridor down to the ossuary. The photos on the attraction page give you an idea of what it looks like. In addition to the bones, there's also a cool fresco on the domed ceiling. The regular part of the church is nice but small. You can easily walk over here from the Duomo, and it's quick to visit, so if you are interested it's easy to work into your tour of Milan.

“very special”

Wow, it is very interesting to learn about the history of this place, and really peculiar to see the place. It is really worth a visit, but it is not always open, so check in advance

“curious”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2012

this church looks so average, that when i went to visit it i realised that i passed by so many times without noticing it, but that was before i discovered the secret that it keeps inside!! it has the altar room fully made up of human bones, of people who were sentenced to death, died of plague and patients from the psychiatric ward from the 16th century.

“A nice cupola...”

...but that's about it. Fairly plain inside otherwise. Maybe I missed something.
