Went there on our first night in Milan, managed to secure a reservation for 7.30pm on the day itself. Went there at planned time and restaurant was filled with 4-5 tables. Was served Bruschetta and Dried Tomatoes as a starter (free), while we chose our meals with a bottle of wine.
We then started with Carpaccio and Meatballs, both were fantastic and servings was too generous. Meatballs especially was exceptional.
Mains we had the Spaghetti Carbonara and Boar Ragout Ravioli. Both were equally fantastic. I had originally ordered a steak as well for the 2nd main, but decided to cancel and the food portions were too big, i was essentially full halfway thru my pasta.
alas, gave in and ordered desserts too, shared a Tiramisu, which had a very distinct savoury smell. An absolute must try.
Service i must say was impeccable, the staff was always smiling and ready to help. Owner and Chef was very friendly and he came out often to socialize.
Surprise at the end, the total bill was only 60Euros... yes, including the wine...
Overall, a definite must try for everyone.
