I have stayed in this hotel because it was one of the only one left at this date.
The hotel has a perfect view on the Highway which generate quite a lot of noises. The rooms are ok, but, there are stains on the carpet, the join of the bathroom are black... cherry on the cake you pay a room close to 150/200€ and Internet is charged at 9€/day !!! Would I go back there ; Certainely not

We booked a twin room and when arriving we were placed in a room with one double bed and one temporary made bed. Went back to the reception and we were told that they will place us in a twin room tomorrow and they work has a first come first serviced policy and all the twin rooms were taken. We weren't impressed because we booked in advance and expected a twin room since that's the reason for booking this hotel.

This room had cracks on the ceiling but the room were were placed the next day was much better.

The location of the hotel is way out of the way and takes around 15 minutes walk from a bus stop at night (67 - 64 bus) We heard there is another bus but that one stop before 8 so no use.

They do offer a shuttle service to the nearest metro station. The morning 9 am or 11 am were fine. But evening shuttle service is only at 6pm or 7:30 pm which was not ideal thus we normally got the bus back each day and walked to the hotel.

The final day they offered us a car as the shuttle to the metro station at 11am possibly because they over booked the shuttle bus being a weekend and all.

It was a decent hotel and probably better for someone with a car. Since there is no shops or food places around the hotel and your stuck with the hotel food and way out from Milan central. Not sure I would say its a 4 star hotel but more of a budget hotel.

Been there for a stoppover whilst traveling from Germany to the Cote d' Azur with 2 Kids and two dogs.
Reception was very friendly and professional, rooms absolutely okay, beds as well. We had two roons each 49€/night, breakfast included. Location is okay. Cars to be parked on the large, separated hotel area, enlighted by night. City centre 8km away, autostrada around the corner but even for us coming from the country side sleeping with window opened okay.
The restaurant in the evening is expensive and not too good, TV is switched on and loud. . .but for a quick bite for the night it was okay. Breakfast was included and is a lot of typical italian cakes, coffee from a Douwe Egberts machine (is there any worse coffee in the world? ) , scrambled eggs from egg powder . . .just have these tiny small breads, a tea and get off to the next coffee shop.

But staff very friendly, price and roons okay. For a stoppover to be recommended.

This place feels like a 3 star facility, decent, convenient, recently lacking a bit of maintenance. They got 4 stars, hard to understand why, as it really doesn't feel like a 4 star, at all. Not a luxury accommodation, not recommended if you want to impress someone on a romantic getaway. Close to the circular freeway that runs around Milano, there's not much surrounding the premises. A car is needed. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the nearest underground station, but you have to book it a day in advance. Breakfast buffet is self service only, and beverages are from automatic distributors only, therefore coffee is quite terrible. Despite the fact that they write on Booking.com that "city tax is not applicable", you will be asked to pay 4€ per person per night on top of your room rate.

The impression that gives the reception hall is good. But the rooms are very simple. Anyway, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good also. The employees are polite and smart but have to speak better the english language because it's not necessary for the visitors to speak italian. Every place we went in Italy the people couldn't speak basic english.
If you go in summer they have good a/c but the location is not so safe for someone who doesn't know the place. Car is necessary because all the shops and the center of Milano is far away (20'-25') but the highways are very close.
Despite the problems I have mentioned we had good impression.

I didn't choose this hotel...it was the official hotel for parents of ice skaters participating in the Junior World Ice Skating Chamiponship. The negative experience started from the moment of booking...it took 4 days of phone calls from US to Italy just to get an email confirmation of booking the hotel. The reservation specifically said Family Room for 3 with queen bed and sofa bed. The fee was also charged for 3 occupants...however all rooms are the same in this hotel. Meaning its like a beehive of "cells" that are aproximately 10 x 11 feet of living space, regardless of the amount of occupants. Our bed was smaller than double and my daughter slept on a cot with a 3 inch foam mattress. There's no closet or enough room to unpack clothes for 3 occupants. The hand held shower was leaking providing minimal flow of water wich was barely hot even though thermostat showed 42C. Most interesting that if you arrive on Saturday or Sunday the restaurant in the hotel is not open...you can get a delivery from the local pizzeria. The closest transportation is 10 min ride by taxi to the nearest subway stop...beware that the taxi meter starts running the moment its called...so sometimes the taxi would come in with 18 Euro before you used its services. Hotel provides "free" shuttle in the morning and in the evening to the train station however last shuttle was at 7PM. Please note that not one restaurant is open in Milan for dinner earlier than 7 which absolutely defeats the purpose of a free shuttle. After 3 days in this hell hole which is advertized as a 4 star hotel we simply moved to another hotel. This property is a motel at best with Ikea like furniture.

Room Tip: Stay at a different hotel..beware that all Idea Hotel are just like beehives
