Just returned from 4 weeks in Italy (so we saw LOTS of Italian lodgings). This hotel was OK, but for the price (100 Euros), we had much nicer rooms. Pros: room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, conveniently near the train station, and there was a bit of a view of the lake as seen between other hotels.
Cons: very dated rooms (looks like last redone in 60s), tiny little balconies overlook the street, and no A/C. That was mostly a problem because the street below is a main one and those Italian scooters and motorcycles are LOUD and go til about 2 am.
We also stayed in the Hotel Belvedere on Isola Pescatore for same price, where the room was modern, clean, larger, with more mod cons (including good A/C) and very peaceful.

Very clean, close to the lake, beautiful and easy location to the train station or to the lake. Basic as far as amenities, but clean and convenient. The staff are incredible and kind. A great value, I will certainly stay there again.

A nice hotel in a good location but very dated and styled on the Sixties.

Very clean, reasonably furnished rooms, nice breakfasts but the long bare-floored corridors make it very noisy.

There is only a view of the lake on the third floor or above and that is across the rooftops.

Despite its quirks I would definately stay here again.

Good and clean 3 stars hotel. We will stay there again.
