4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2013

We had just one night in Sirmione and have chosen this hotel. No regrets. Very cosy, nice and clean room, wonderful view from the balcony on the lake. Just couple steps from the hotel and you reach a promenade. Hostesses are very helpful. Breakfast is good. If we ever have an opportunity to visit Lake Garda we will definitely choose this place again.

A family ran hotel which is easy to find, with a good location (5-7 mins drive or 20 mins walking to the old city), pleasant small harbour and long park right across the road.

Free parking and wifi are certainly advantage there.
We were given a room on the 3rd floor with the lake view.
We were given a baby cot for free.

Breakfast is very simple and rooms are small (although our room accomodated our family with one toddler. I'd say it would be not enough for family with 2+ kids), but I think it's rather normal for such type of hotels.

Easily recommended for a few nights stay (we spent 2 lovely sunny days in Apr in Sirmione).

I would also recommend to stay out of old city particularly during week-ends, summer time and holidays - plenty of people on narrow streets of old town might make your driving in / out longer than expected (entrance there by car is allowed only if you book the hotel in the old town).

Laura and family will welcome you and do there best to make sure you have a comfortable stay in the family run Hotel. The service and helpful tips on Sirmione sightseeing, restaurants and local attractions markets etc was extremely helpful. Our room was a good size brightly decorated spotlessly clean and well equipped for our 4 night stay. Location is fine 15 minutes from the centre of town. Breakfast was served down stairs a good selection of meats, eggs, pastries and coffee in abundance. Well done to a great team and thanks again for looking after us we think of you when we have an Aperol and the umbrella is certainly put to good use here in Scotland.

The hotel is very clean, beautiful and located in great location. the owners of the hotel are so kind and nice.
no fridge in the room and the walls is too thin so you can hear all your net room neighbors talk/do.

It has a very easy access from public transportation (2 walking minutes form the bus station) and once you enter, you are directly welcomed by the owner, a charismatic and very friendly person who explains you everything there is to do in Sirmione. You feel like home directly.

To reach the center, it takes about 15 minutes walking along the amazing Garda lake, a beautiful and romantic walk. Room was perfect with a view on the lake, clean and quiet. To recommend to anyone.

We just stayed there for one night and was really nice!!! Let me tell you that Sirmione itself is a jewel!!!! Such a beautiful place to visit.. you can enjoy the thermal waters (I recommend this at night) as well as the roman ruins!!! In addition, the town itself is GORGEOUS. Gelato, Pizza and a nice bottle of wine is a must.

The hotel is very clean and we valued the nice shower amenities. In addition, the owners were there to help us with everything we needed. They even helped us to print our flight confirmation. :) The room had a nice view of the lake and was spacious and with a balcony. Breakfast included pastries, eggs, juices and even a nice capucchino!

In addition is located only 10 minutes walk away from downtown and 2 minutes from the bus stop which is just PERFECT.

We would definetely recommend and come back to this hotel. Atte. Blanca and Yannik :)

We stayed at this hotel for three nights last week. The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and even offered us free drinks on arrival which was much appreciated after a 3hr drive on the autostrada! The lady in charge also gave us a very quick review of things to do in Sirmione. The hotel offers discounts to a couple of restaurants and to many of the attractions in the area.

The room was impeccably cleaned and serves the basic needs. Very comfortable beds and towels changed daily. Breakfast was also very good and there was a wide variety. We found absolutely nothing to fault. The reception is usually not manned from 3am till 6am. It was therefore very nice of the owner to stay up when on our departure day we had to leave at 5am. He even took care (with our consent) to position our car in the hotel car park ready for immediately driving away so as not to waste time maneuvering.

Our kids were also given a souvenir shirt :) All in all, highly recommended especially if you prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Sirmione centre (a panoramaic 30 min walk from the hotel). Nonetheless, the beach and several restaurants are accessible just across the road. Gardaland park and Parco Natura Viva are just 30 mins away by car so very convenient if you don't like driving long distances.
