My wife and I ended up planning our meals around gelato at Borgo....it's that good. Rich, creamy and decadent, it is simply the best ice cream we've ever had, hands down. Because we were interested, we looked up why gelato is so good: ice cream is up to 50% air, while gelato is only about 10% air, giving it a more dense and creamy flavor. Borgo is one of the few places that makes their own gelato, and the flavors change every day. The strawberry cheesecake and pistachio are my two favorites, while my wife went with chocolate and nutella. There's no seating here, and you'll be competing with locals (always a good sign), but take a minute to sit down and enjoy this one.....it's a masterpiece of flavor. Don't worry, they do speak English, or enough to get an order down with no problem.
