Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings and great wild life hotel was fantastic like an old state mansion with Italian marble, alas the bar waiters very rude as we only looked like joe blows to the rest of the people covered in gold jewlery with there doctors and russian barons in there. But we had one of the most expensive rooms for three nights own private corridor and view was awesome looking over the lake. But we had a run in with the manager as he would not lt us enter our room after being on a tour all day as they had a film photographer called Phillip blain doing his magazine shoot in our corridor. Also had a mitchelin star meal in there resturant my food was brill but my wife who is a vegetarian only got a bloody salad consisting of lettuce tomato and cucumber for a starter not good value for a four hundred pound meal with wine. So a bit of a let down seeing though it cost six hundred and fifty pound a night!!! Would return but would avoid resturant and the bar tending staff.
