Went here on a recommendation from our hotel, and was not disappointed.
This is a self serve cafeteria style restaurant with plastic plates and cutlery. We queued up around 6:45pm, they open at 7pm, and there was already quite a line.
There is a menu on the door and a chalk sign with the daily specials. The specials seem to be the way to go. On Saturday and Sunday they have stuffed mussels in the menu. Get them. Probably one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted. We also ordered the fish parmigiana, which was delicious, and a fish tart which would have been better heated. With two drinks the meal came to €25.
Most people ordered the frita mists and it looked amazing.
Definitely stop here if you are visiting La Spezia, just don't expect anything high end except for the food.
