This was one of our long shots and it was adequate. It provided a very small room by any standard with an equally tiny (leaky) bathroom. While functional it wasn’t roomy but having said that the owners and staff are working hard to make it a pleasant place to stay and they are so friendly and helpful. Also can’t really complain too much as it only presents itself as a two-star hotel and I think that they are exactly that. The rooms were pretty clean, nicely decorated and the Wi-Fi worked. The breakfast was nicely done and presented, with the hosts baking their own breads and pastries. The breakfast is nice and simple and it hits the spot but make sure you don’t get there too early or too late as things may not be ready or they may run out. Coffee was great.
I think that if coming to La Spezia again, for the 90 Euros, we would try to find more value for our money but having said that, if we had to stay here again we would but we would know what to expect. This is a basic but fairly comfortable accommodation. They have a bar and small concession, which is nice because La Spezia closes down early in the evening and on Sundays.

Thank you for your review,
we hope you can come back to see the future improvements because as you said, we're working for it.
We're sorry if it could happen that the breakfast wasn't ready in time, but sometimes guests try to come before the time so all the work gets late and when there are many people it can happen that a lot is run out because they want to try the homemade products, but we always do our best to refill everything.
Hope to see you again
Best regards
