We first came to this restaurant because they advertised a 9 Euro Buffet for lunch. When we went inside, the buffet looked greasy and oily and I probably wouldn't have ordered anything they served independently, so we opted to order directly from the menu.
After seeing the "Chinese" food, we went straight for the sushi menu; the irony is the restaurant is definitely run by Chinese and not Japanese. The sushi at this restaurant was good. They don't offer yellowtail/hamachi nor Albacore (my 2 favorites), maybe because it's not an easy find in Italy, not sure... However the salmon sushi and regular tuna is fine & hit the spot. I had ordered chinese corn soup, which was very bland & I had to add soy sauce to give it flavor (that was the first). The place was busy so the service was all over the place. The waitress (although nice) kept forgetting to bring our water and when she did bring my water, she forgot to bring our glasses. I also got my entree before I got my soup, which contributed to my views that the restaurant was disorganized. If the restaurant learned to train their staff, I would come here again. My friend ordered frizzante and it came in a server bottle and she said the carbonation in the water was flattening out.
The ambience of the restaurant is modern and trendy, which makes up for the nice, but incompetent service. Although one time was enough, I probably wouldn't come back here unless I was craving sushi.
