we stayed at the cozy studio march 23 and 24 2008. it was perfect for our needs. they are a very friendly couple. vernazza and the cinque terre are a must when visiting italy. we will stay here again when we return. :):)

Lovely owners (Giacomo and Maria) who are friendly and helpful. Easy to find which is always a blessing. Vernazza is a great town to base oneself in for 5T, we did the trek to Monterosso one day (which is probably the roughest part) and then the other towns the next day.
Clean, comfortable and warm. Close to train.
A few stairs to climb but manageable even with suitcases which is what we had.

We stayed at the charming room. Giacomo is very friendly and helpful. The room itself is nice and has veiw of the beach, It counldn't be more convenient and easier to access the beach from the room. It's like going from your living room to your front lawn. but the downside is that it can be a bit noisy during the day since the room is so close to where the action is. But who stays in the room during the day in Italy?

We stayed three nights in the charming room. It's located right on the water (no steps to climb) and you really feel a part of the little town. It's nice and close to the restaurants and cafes and about a 5min walk from the train station. The studio was spotless, bed comfortable, good shower and even though it was amongst the shops and restaurants, there is no noise at night as it's not a party city. The Capellinis were lovely people and greeted us like family. We had the best foccacia ever from one of the local bakeries (can't remember its name)! We were so glad we stayed in Vernazza as it was just gorgeous - every town in the Cinque Terre is beautiful but Vernazza was our favourite.
