It was by pure chance that we found this restaurant. Walking along one of the paths over looking Manarola we were asked by another tourist for directions to trattoria dal billy. Curiosity led us to finding what became one of my favourite memories of Italy.
These people understand seafood, beautifully demonstrated by the the mixed antipasto di mare, about 15 different dishes showcasing the diversity of their art. The seafood is fresh and variety extensive, complimented by chilled local wine. We were treated to a story book sunset and a delicious desert and to top it off i requested a shot of Molinari Sambuca, my favourite and was left the bottle at my discretion. My compliments to the chef, and the staff.
