We stayed here on our way to Croatia and we only needed one night. We would have rather stayed at a b&b, but no one wanted to rent us a room for one night. We looked around at several other hotels, but they were more than what we wanted to pay for one night. So we landed on Hotel Istria. The owner was friendly the first time we walked in, but he was rude the second time we went back. He was not very friendly the rest of the time. We had a shared bathroom, which was cheaper. The bathroom was okay. It was clean and fine for a one night stay. Our room did have a sink in it. It wasn't furnished very much and didn't have a tv. It was also very small. Like I said in my title...it was a decent place for those who do not want to stay in hostels anymore, but can't really afford a nicer hotel, especially if it's only one night.
