“An expirience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013 via mobile

Very cool from a design point of view ...... It is like you are staying in some kind of cartoon. It is something you have most likely never seen or expirienced , you are constantly wondering how this designer dreamed of this , the bathrooms , closets , location of tv, sink , sofa, lights , the design of the hallway
stairs . The pool is something to see , COOL PLACE !

We stated BEI suite hotel for three nights in July. We took the train from Rome to Rimini and a cab from the train station. On arrival we were greeted by the front desk and had a quick and easy check in. Our suite wasn't exactly what we booked, and the staff was understanding and resolve the issue promptly. The decor and theme flows throughout the entire hotel. It is sort of a minimalist contemporary design. The rooms are spacious and very clean and new. The closet and ours was surprisingly large and easily accommodated all of our bags and clothing. The room also includes a sophisticated entertainment center which has a web browser and keyboard to access the Internet. Our room was quiet and comfortable although the smallish veranda just had a sideways view of the sea.

Our rating included breakfast which was served in the restaurant and in the outdoor pavilion. The offering was very nice and you could even get an egg dish code to your order.

We didn't really take advantage of the spa which is included in the rate, but did use it the last day to shower and change before we left. It is on the top floor and has an amazing panoramic view of the vast beach of Rimini. I spent a little time in the exercise room which is really just a treadmill and cycle and not much more.

The main purpose of our visit was to use the beach as well as explore a little bit of Rimini. The hotel has an agreement with beach 55 where you get an umbrella and two chase lounges for €15.00 per day. We were always within 3 to 5 rows from the water which was incredibly warm and welcome. The water was very calm and shallow so you could venture out for quite a bit before you had to swim. The hotel agreement also provides for 1 hour of one of the pedal boats which we took advantage of and enjoyed. There's also a significant staff of lifeguards that protect this beach.

We enjoyed walking down the main street and exploring the different shops along the way. We dined at Nettuno which is a short walk from a hotel, and at Club Nautico which is a bit further.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel conveniently located and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

This was our third stay in I-Suite hotel, we just love this place. The rooms are new, the service is great, and the restaurant is fantastic. Absolutely no problems.

We stayed for a week in the beginning of July and this was very special because of the “La Notte Rosa”parties all over Rimini, RIccione, Catolica and so on. This is the time when everything is decorated in Pink, everybody must wear pink clothing and accessories and it is 3 days NON-STOP party!

The suite is not cheap in average – north of EUR 400 per night, which included parking, breakfast, spa entrance free wi-fi and beach service in Beach 55. As usual we booked sea view from our balcony as these are really the best rooms. There were 2 TVs - normal one, one above the bed (on the ceiling) There is free underground parking.

The room was cleaned extremely very well you got twice a day service (turndown service available).

The swimming pool was nice with very warm water and comfortable pillows instead of usual sunbeds and was very much appreciated by my 7 and half year daughter. The pool area service is very good also the bar service is great. Prices for drinks in very reasonable for that level hotel

The spa located on the sixth floor is great. It has normal sauna (with sea view), sea water pool (my favorite) steam room, fantastic pool with view and different rain showers. The Spa also offer big variety of free items such as water, teas, fresh fruit and many snacks.

The restaurant I-fame is gaining speed on tripadvisor again, and I can confirm that the food was fantastic all the time, from great breakfast buffet, to nice lunch we could not find a fault. Brilliant food

I would like to thank to the operations manager Mr. Vincenzo Tantaro and his fantastic team for the great, great week I had with my family!

As we also like Riccione (Cavaluccio Marino in Riccione is our favorite restaurant), we looked at some alternative hotels there, incl. all of the best such Atlantic, Mediterraneo and Lungomare, but none of them can compete with I-suite.

Stayed for 4 nights with my husband and daughter..we had a normal double room which had sea view which was loveky..didn't like the fact there was glass from bedroom to bathroom..not very private..single room had the building site view nextdoor..not good. Turn down service we had 1 night only and having clean towels fir tge morning would have been good. One day our room was made up at 3.30 pm...not good. Breakfast was good but lack of staff/service was annoying although it was a buffet if you wanted cooked stuff or tea/coffee it could take a while. No real concierge which as we hadn't ever been to rimini would have been helpful. The bar at night had 1 or 2 waiters max...again had to go to order drinks ourselves...pool is small and faces the main
road...no sunbeds had covered beanbags..again no bar service here. Funky looking hotel but not 5 star for service!!

My husband and I were truly surprised by the design of the hotel. Normally when you see futuristic photos of the rooms you expect something a bit worse in reality. However, in case of i-Suite it was all the same. Very interesting design of the hotel in general – definitely unique on Rimini coast.

Our room was pricy – EUR 400 per night, which included parking, breakfast, spa entrance (normally EUR 38) and wi-fi. This is not to forget the amazing full sea view from our balcony. The room was very spacious with a huge tub in the middle of it :) There were 3 TVs - normal one, one above the bed (yes, on the ceiling) and one in the bathroom mirror. There was also a separate room with shower and toilet. All decorated primarily in white, which made it look even more spacious.

The room was cleaned very well and the towels were changed twice a day.

The swimming pool was nice with very warm water and comfortable pillows instead of usual sunbeds. The spa located on the 6th floor was also great. It offered everything you could think of – from normal sauna (with sea view), to sea water pool to emotion showers. It also offered fresh fruit, tea and snacks.

Breakfast was nice, so was the bar with snacks and nice drinks.

Now we come to the not so good part. At first the staff seemed very well-prepared, sometimes even too welcoming. But when we actually needed help – they failed to do it well. Maybe it’s the language – but then again, at a 5-star hotel you have to have staff that understands English well.

In general, it was a good stay.

Room Tip: Spend more for a sea view suite - it's worth it.

New, fresh, bright, friendly, modern, superwelcoming hotel in Apple style. White, glossy surfaces, mixed with just the right shade of green color and wooden detailes. Wonderful breakfast, great pool, especially in dark time. Enjoyed every minute there! Honestly!

Great, friendly reception on arrival, with the staff coming down to the under hotel parking to meet us with our key and collect our luggage. Very funky room with lots of cool features and very modern.

I have noticed on my current European trip, however, that many hotels these days consider privacy in the bathroom to be unnecessary and the iSuite followed that model with two slits in the bathroom door allowing no privacy from the main room.

The only other minor gripe is that, whilst very clean, the hotel had the feel of a psychiatric ward - the funky white decor and white outfits of the staff being faintly reminiscent of padded cells and straitjackets.

Breakfast was excellent, bed was comfortable, view of the sea fantastic. Recommended.
