Been there for one night and liked it a lot. Very convenient location, easy to find from the train station, almost everything you can come to Ravenna for is within easy walking distance, the district itself is near the city council, it looks very pleasant (terracota walls, old school architecture), safe and quiet. My single room had just enough space to sleep. The internet was a bit buggy and I didn't have the adapter for their plugs, so you should get one to bring with you.Nearby there is wonderful tiny food shop / fast food court Gastronomia Stella (ask the hotel personnel) and a good supermarket, the Coop (ask the personnel or the locals). The public transport stops working early so you'll need a taxi to get, for example, to Bronson club where they have good gigs (10 minute drive). In Ravenna visit all the Unesco sites, Galla Placidia mausoleum was the most stunning for me, and you can pass Theodoricus mausoleum.

This 3star hotel is in the best location in the centre of Ravenna. We stayed 2 nights. We had a suite for us parents and an adjacent room with queen bed and 2 singles which our 2 teenage children loved for the space. The rooms were basic but extremely clean and the beds very comfortable. The continental breakfast was OK (3 star), you can pay for a hot b/fast. the wifi (need password) worked very well. The staff was excellent, with great service: my husband left behind some ski pants and they mailed it to our next city the next day!

The price, central location and friendly staff are the pluses for this hotel. The TV reception was Italian language only, but the computer set-up was fine and free. (I don't like filling in forms, etc. on my phone.)

This is a great little hotel, offering clean rooms and friendly service within easy walking of all the sites of Ravenna. The streets of the historic district are alive in the evenings with vendors selling antiques and flea-market items from sidewalk tables, and there are many people out for evenings strolls. Very nice to have all that steps from your hotel. The single rooms are tiny, but really inexpensive, and totally adequate.
