Nice enough hotel. mainly a business hotel especialy mon-friday.
would not reccommend for more than 3-4 days stay. Pretty close to airport and built on vast expanse of land, small but good gym, sauna, swimming pool.

Not much else to be said, service from some of the staff could be much better, in line with other european hotels of the same size.

We were deeply disappointed by this hotel. We were expecting a great, clean 4 star hotel with a swimming pool that we could relax in before driving further into Italy.

At best, this hotel seems like a 2-3 star hotel. It was dirty. As an example, the white shower curtains hem was dark and did not seemed to have been washed in a while.

The hotel breakfast was disappointing, - the eggs were green (both days, even if we were somewhat early to breakfast), the bread was dry, and the selection was not great.

The swimming pool seemed to be a childrens pool in size and depth (from our view from the hotel room, we didn't even bother trying).

The worst thing about this hotel, by far, is the fact that they woke us up at 8:30 with construction work that seemed to come from a nearby room. If I didn't know better, I would've guessed it was coming from our very room. We were not informed of any construction work upon arrival or before, and it lasted off and on our entire stay.
This is completely unacceptable.

For these conditions, the price was far too high. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Choose somewhere else to stay!

Stayed here on biz recently. Convenient for waht I needed but I would stay here for a holiday.
Business focussed with good standard of rooms. I was unlucky and was given room what seemed like miles away from the reception but I think by the sound of the work going on the nearer rooms are having amake over.
Restaurant is OK, food was OK and breakfast offered very good selection.

Easy to get to if travelling by car, just off A1 and A15. Wouldn't want to wander around the area at night but felt quite safe once in hotel. Efficient check-in. Good value if booking online. Clean

Nice hotel with a very helpful staff.
We stay for one night in it during our holidays trip by Italy. Is about 10 km from Parma and in our case we had a car and move easily between both localizations.

Lovely hotel and helpful friendly staff. However we were concerned about the number of young women who were flagging male drivers down at the garage across the road and then actually on the driveway approach to the hotel. We even saw a couple of ladies who appeared to be "working" in the lift and in the lobby. Not really a problem but we were a bit surprised as the hotel accepts families readily and several young children were staying at that time. Don't mean to sound offensive to these ladies in any way but just wondered if anyone else had encountered this whilst staying at the hotel!

Stayed here for 1 night on a business trip. The hotel seems to be on the edge of a dual carriageway, backed on to by a railway line, in the middle of an agricultural area. Apart from the hotel, there was nothing to do except admire the constant all day drilling and banging of the ongoing maintenance work.
A taxi into Parma was about 13 euros which is a necessity.
Service was good except that when I asked to borrow an iron for my shirt as I had a business dinner to attend, I was informed that the hotel didn't possess an iron and I had to ask housekeeping to do it. I was then informed that housekeeping had gone home for the weekend (at mid day on the Friday) so the answer was no! A world first for me!
