This was one of the most reasonably priced accommodations we found in Parma (priced well below other three star hotels). Plus, it had the added bonus of a working kitchen with all the equipment to make meals. Fabulous!
The staff were kind and very helpful. And, after three weeks traveling through Italy I was thrilled they had a washing machine for doing laundry. Again, an extra bonus.
The balconies were large and while the views were nothing to write home about they were still nice. The included parking was also handy. The walk to the old part of town took about 15 minutes but it was fine...and we did not have to worry about the restricted traffic zones.
All in all, a great home base...a good place to recharge your batteries!
Room Tip: The rooms over looking the parking area might be quieter than the roadside ones.
