The meal my wife and I enjoyed at Osteria La Traviata was perfect in every way. When we made our reservation that morning, Manuela was rolling out the pasta dough for the evening meals. The food was terrific - from the lasagna verde (on Thursdays only) to the pumpkin ravioli and the gnocchi, the first course was awesome. We each had filets for the second course which were cooked to perfection. Antonio talked us into a Lambrusco for our wine which was uniquely Emilian and we loved it. Manuela tempted our taste buds again with homemade mascorpone - which again was terrific. To top off the evening, we shared limoncello after we paid and chatted with them for 10 minutes and the recommended a terrific gelato place. Before you form an opinion from any review, be sure to check this place out for yourself - it is worth it and we'll be back the next time we're in Bologna! Antonio e Manuela - grazie mille!
