This is a small hotel in the very hard of the ancient Urbino town. Some of the rooms offer really great view. The rooms are clean, medium sized, furnished with simple furniture (which could be better...). Be warned that car access is very difficult and one has to pass restricted areas (not for driving beginners, definitely). So one could recommend the hotel, but is suffers from some negligence (VERY smelly shower drains, unbearable on some days, WiFi signal working occasionally and the boss not fixing anything). However, the main problem is the owner - a young guy who inherited the hotel recently, and his behavior is not correct. - he wanted to charged us 30 EUR EXTRA pera each night just because I wished to pay by card! I was ready to pay the usual 3-6%, but definitely not additional 30 EUR per day. When I protested, he told ne that he can do what he wants in his hotel and was very impolite.... so be warned....

I would do clarity about that too bad situation created between us and about what you have written in the really unusual hotel's review.
You had booked 2 stays, one for you and the other for your assistant through our internet booking system, after that, you also have sent us an
e-mail inwitch was asked an other room discount in plus, also that was accepted. In that e-mail was written if was possible to obtain a more gainful cost and more discounts to make possible that our costs were in line with your Prague University repayments.
So we had decided with director another less 10% discount if payment was cash and at your restart from our hotel.
You had answered me ok, so, you had accepted this solution, that i can repeat you: an other -10% discount applicated at your first discount, BUT ONLY CASH PAYMENT AND AT YOUR RESTART FROM OUR HOTEL. Otherwise, the applied cost was the normal cost, and you could pay or cash or with creditcard.
But in the afternoon before your restart you was trying to pay with your credit card and you was being pretending all discounts, also that -10% ONLY FOR CASH PAYMENT, so my assistant called me to check all this strange situation.
I also have to underline your really rude comportment, screaming to us that you would have payed what you decided while us told you to be quite and to read our e-mail to be understood to you.
I wanna underline to you also that more than a time you have captured ( with your screams ) the other client's attention that more than a time they had asked to me to keep you away from the hotel.
You had been in quite only after my police calling.
So... How already clarified with you, clients have to respect and accept all in our online booking or online voucher is written ( in case of booking through Booking.com, Trivago,Venere, Hotel.com, Tripadvisor, ... ) and at least you have to submit scrupulously at each written point as reserve cancellation policy, payment and adjustments.
We also respect this accords and also we submit to all we propose, always trying to satisfy our clients,
Always finding a good solution.
We wanna remember you also that we have done to you a -10% discount. And we have given you all the drink room extras for all your period ( 10 days ) and your assistant too because your laptop didn't worked on our wifi internet, because maybe you were using an old fully scotch taped USB pen that it couldn't stay in the laptop USB out so as to cause a failure web navigation constantly.
