Perfect location. Short walk to lots of bars and places to eat. Located in the trendy Trastevere area so great for in the evenings but also for visiting the sights in the day. Safe and secure. Friendly staff, free map with lots of travel advice for on arrival.

I loved this hostel it was so clean, the staff where helpful the rooms where nice and spacious and clean. They had a breakfast in the morning simple but good. Some people say it's kind of a difficult location I admit it's abit hard to find not knowing where your going but I loved the location once I was there close to the Vatican a quick walk to restaurants and only a quick bus ride to the train station. The only down falls I found where no WiFi in rooms and in the hallways it cut out a lot and difficult to get to the airport as it's pretty far and costs $50 Euro for a taxi ride. But other then that I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend it anytime.

I loved this place!! It had a very good vibe to it and although I was travelling on my own it felt very warm and comfortable. The Hostel is part of the Casa Internazionale Delle Donne. A world renowned center for conferences, training, courses on both womens and human rights issues and fundraising. There was always something happening in the beautiful courtyard that was shared with the center. The rooms were large and spacious with large lockers and they even made your bed for you. Breakfast was included. I found the place very clean and was cleaned daily. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. If there was anything lacking it was that the kitchen/common room was locked after midnight. Other than that I will go back on my next trip to Rome.

Trastevere is a little out of the way but it is a lovely part of the city to explore anyway. Just a short walk up the hill from the hostel there is a fantastic view of the whole city.

I was in a room with four beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The shower filled up with water but this seemed to be just a way of ensuring you only spent 2 minutes running the water! The bathroom remained clean and dry throughout my two day stay.

The comings and goings of the other two women were very considerate and did not disturb me too much. There was a basic breakfast included - toast bread, cheese, jam, cornflakes, milk and coffee/tea.

I would definitely stay there again as it was much cheaper than the alternatives. It was may and so we didn't need the large fan in the centre of the ceiling. Probably warm in summer.

The hostel is simple and located only about 10 minutes walk to the Vatican City. I stayed in a 4 bedded room with en suite shower. Whilst the bed and room was clean, the shower was in quite a poor state and didn't seem very clean.

The staff were rather friendly and gave great directions and tips for travelling around. Breakfast was a simple spread of bread, cereal. fruits, yogurt and coffee.

For the price per night, it's definitely a great place for budget travelers.

The hostel is located in a quiet neighbor almost by the river. Rooms are big and clean. The kitchen is a place we can chat with other ladies after a day's walk. Thanks to this cozy hostel, I really enjoy my stay in Rome. will come back next time when I visit Roma again.

Room Tip: one bed in a 8 beds room
