We stumbled upon Teo's while strolling in Trastevere; we had heard of it through a friend's recommendation but didn't plan on seeking it out. I'm glad we found it, as the dinner was excellent and the service very hospitable. After starting with some of the mixed fritti (artichokes and fiori di zucca), we each had a pasta: Cacio e pepe for my husband, and fettuccine with porcini for me. The portions are very generous--ridiculous, really, considering they are called "primi"--and the quality was excellent. Great red by the glass, and a lovely ricotta and chocolate torte to finish, with coffee. The meal was very reasonably priced. If you're in the neighborhood, this place is worth a visit!
