I had mixrd feelongs after visiting together with my wife this restaunt.
First of all the positive, food was excellent and the service was OK for Roman standards.
We took as an Antipasti a guided touur around Rome, which was nicely served in an painterbox.
Why a scam?
Well it started with the winelist, you get a book or in fact a kind of "Bible" where you can spent hours on. Once you start looking closer into it you realize that they don't have all the wines in the book, only a limited number are available and so at the end you will probably ask the "sommelier" to advice you. The wine adviced to us was not a bad one but certainly overpriced.
Finally at the end when asked for the check the waiter wispered after I paid with a credit card that service aws not included.
This is certainly not true in Italy
So my conclusion is rather mixed.
