We made reservations to stay here months in advance. When we arrived in Rome, no one was at the bed and breakfast to answer the door. Admittedly, we had told them we were arriving later in the day, so we sent an email letting them know we had arrived. We had our bags so couldn't do much. We waited for 6 hours around the block, checking every 30 minutes to see if anyone was there to let us in. No one ever was. Then, after the 6 hours of waiting, we received an email from Laura telling us she had received a deletion of our reservation. At almost the exact same time, we received an email from Venere.com that our reservation had been deleted. This was impossible, since we had not been on Venere.com since we booked the room. She referred us to another B&B around the corner. Obviously, someone from L'Incanto went onto the website and deleted our reservation without us knowing. We were not happy, as almost a full day in Rome was wasted with our baggage waiting for someone to be there to check us in. The whole situation was very fishy--I would not recommend booking at this location.
