We wanted to stay in the Incanto di Roma but when we emailed were told it was booked but they had another b and b. I have some good things to say - it was well located, right beside the vatican, clean and pretty cheap. But so many negatives, three rooms with up to nine people share one bathroom. There was a queue for the shower every morning. Our room was so squashed. We had asked for three single beds but got a double and single stuck together. We couldn't open the wardrobe door because the room was so small.

Breakfast was dreadful. It was a self service kitchen with just cornflakes and a sugary croissant. Cheap, cheap, cheap horrible food. This lady - Laura is making a mint and not providing customers with a decent breakfast. It may be acheap b and b (85 per night for the room) but it leaves a lot to be desired. Would not return. One more point Laura recommends the service pick up from the airport which is good but very expensive. I believe she is on commission because if you book between 9pm and 7am, you pay an extra 30%, I asked for a service pick up after 7 and she booked it for before 7!!! I would not pay the extra.
