We stayed at Navona Garden Suites between May 28th and June 3rd. We stayed in the Raphael room with two adults and three kids. The room was a bit tight for 5 and had only one bathroom. The price was right for Rome and the location was excellent (very close to Piazza Navona). The room was VERY clean thanks to the maid Camellia who is FANTASTIC! Our kids loved her and she bent over backwards to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. We read reviews about the noise from the disco but we found it was not bad at all. We did however find the adjoining room which you can also be rented had some thin walls and you could hear conversations easily. It was only occupied over two nights and one couple was very discrete and quite. The owners (Dennis and Loredana) were EXTREMELY gracious hosts. Dennis would bend over backwards to help and give suggestions on restaurants, shopping or anything else you would want. I needed wireless internet and did find the only access was in the garden patio instead of in our room. It was a bit of a pain but I ran into some very nice guests there.
Included in the price is an espresso maching and breakfast stored in a small kitchen. The food was simple in nature but they provided quite a bit and we were never able to eat it all. It is restocked daily when your room is cleaned. With a family of 5, you can imagine what our room looked like each morning! We were pleasantly surprised at the end of each day to find everything picked up, organized and spotless. No easy task!
You are within a short walk of Piazza Navona (1-2 minutes), the Pantheon (10 minutes), Campo de Fiore (10-12 minutes) and St Peters (15 minutes). If you have questions, call Dennis, he was always easy to work with and very flexible.

We stayed in the Navona Garden Suites which is a perfect location for visiting the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo di Fiori and the Vatican. It was built in the 15th century and is situated between two great wine bars. We were greeted by Linda and the owner who showed us maps etc of the area and the recommended places to eat but we declined the offer and went on our own adventure, but nevertheless, good to have that option. The room and beds were very clean and very comfortable. There was tea and coffee facilities in our room with breakfast items, and some loverly italian small sponge cakes which we had with our expresso after a long day in the heat. You can sit out in the terrace in the morning to have your breakfast. I think this was a great place to stay at a good price and would definitely go there again. It is a very busy area, and you are in the heart of ancient Rome, so it can get a little bit noisy but we were so tired after looking at all the sites that we didn't hear anything to keep us awake and it was a wonderful place for my first visit to Rome.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review of Navona Garden Suites.

I was picked up at the cruise ship terminal on 19 April. These arrangements were made through Navona Garden Suites. I arrived early at the Suites, checked in and received all the helpful tourist information .

My suite was lovely and included a king size and queen size bed with a very modern bathroom. A small fridge was stocked with milk, juice, jam, butter, bread and sweet breads. There was a coffee perk, tea pot, toaster etc.

The little courtyard in front of the two Navona Garden suites was a beautiful haven away from the hustle of the Roman streets. The building housing the suites is steeped in history and awe inspiring.

Dennis hosted a small wine and cheese for the guests of the Papal suite and the two Navona Garden Suites. A very kind gesture. He also allowed me to use his computer to stay in touch with my family via email.

Chamelia(sp) the housekeeper is a jewel. She made our stay even more memorable. A truly marvelous woman.

The suites are in the heart of Rome and within easy walking distance to all the sights. The eateries, restaurants etc., were within a couple of minutes from the front door...literally.

I travel with my little guide dog and this location was absolutely perfect, especially with the little garden.

The staff also arranged for a driver and car to the airport, when I left six days later.

The staff, location, amenities and friendship made for a totally stress free and enjoyable vacation.

My great appreciation to all.

Colleen and her guide dog Oz

This is my first review on Tripadvisor. I started planning this trip back in Dec 08 for my wife's 40th B-Day this past week. I researched the internet for over 2 months reading other reviews to figure out where it would be best to stay. I kept coming back to Navona Garden Suites because of the positive reviews, location, and price. TRUST ME, the prior reviews were right on.

We arrived on Saturday morning in Rome, and as promised, Navona Garden Suites had someone waiting for us at the airport. When we arrived at Navona Garden Suites, we met Lynda who showed us our room and gave us a tour of a couple of blocks around Piazza Navona. You are less than two small blocks from Piazza Navona. Lynda was incredible. A sweet lady who gave us goods tips on restaurants, shops, and where to eat the best gelato.

Everything was in close walking distance from Navona...15-20 minutes at the most. The only to truely experience Rome is to walk through the back alleys and that is what we did.

The rooms were big and the beds were incredible. I decided to go with a B&B because I wanted the true ROME feel and I believe we got it.

Yes, there was one night where music was being played late into the evening. If I knew where it was coming from, my wife and I would of gone over there to party with them.

Navona also helped us arranged an appointment with the Uffizi Gallarey and The Accademia in Florence. Navona arranged a taxi to the train station for a day trip to Florence.

I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back in a couple of years.

Navona Garden Suites was a great hotel. It's location allowed easy access to every part of the city. When we arrived, we received a tour of the local area alone with the recommendations of where to eat and snack. The staff was extremely friendly, great to talk to, and helped with planning out places to go. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nightlife (Campo de' Fiori) was very close.

My parents are traveling to Rome next year and I highly recommended to them to stay at Navona Garden Suites.
