Paid over £400,00 for the second night (27 May) due to the Champions League Final - knew in advance, so no complaints. Left the hotel late morning, returning at midnight to Ffind our room (211) had not been cleaned nor had the bed linen been changed or the beds made.
We complained to the night manager who said he would report the matter to the General Manager, but nothing happened. We also asked for an early mornign call, but even that small task was not fulfilled. The breakfast was terrible and neither hospitality or politeness were part of the service offered at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!
