This hotel is lovely and new and clean. Neutral colour and marble. No smoking smell, since the hotel built after the smoking ban. The hotel is good for people willing to experiment with public transportation, since you have to. Multiple buses go near, but not to, the hotel. They take about 30 minutes to get into Rome. One can walk to the metro in 30 minutes, after which it's 5 minutes into Rome. Lightlng in the room was groovy. The staff allege a pool is under construction, which would be great, as one needs a swim after the hike from the bus.

Stayed there while on a tour with Trafalgar. Hotel is new, modern and very clean. Despite the fact that it was used by Trafalgar, it was relatively quiet which I like (read somewhere that hotels used by big tour agents are usually very noisy and crowded).
It's located quite a distance from the city center. Nothing interesting nearby, it's more of a residential area. Understand from staff city center is 15mins away by bus. Bathroom is translucent so can be abit of a problem if you are not travelling with your other half. Room size is good, very comfy but don't understand the mirror with flicking lights, abit off I thought and the red ceiling light too.

Just stayed at the hotel for a long weekend. Everything is new and nice. Good food, friendly staff, stylish rooms and so on.

About a €12 taxi ride to the centre of Rome.

Marble floors which creates a lot of noise when stepped on by high heels, which woke me up one night.
