Absolutely terrific hotel on all counts - location, cleanliness, quality of accommodation, staff, breakfast. It was within easy walking distance of all the sights and the Termini and there were good restaurants in the surrounding streets. The area is very traditionally Roman with lots of interesting little shops and bars. Will definitely return!

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Artorius during early November 2008. The room (with queen size bed and private bath) was spacious and always clean. The staff was extremely courteous and certain staff members had a good command of English. The location was wonderful and the staff regularly helped us with directions. The morning breakfasts were very enjoyable as well. It was an excellent experience and far outweighed our expectations. We recommend the Hotel Artorius without reservation.

We have just come home from a 3 night stay in the Hotel Artorius. The hotel more than lived up to the many good reviews which helped us to chose it. The location was very convenient with many of the main sights within an easy walk. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and the friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. When we arrived on Sunday there was no sign of Christmas but all changed on Monday when we went for breakfast to find that all the soft furnishings had been changed to red and white with festive decorations and flowers. When we returned to our room later that day the flowers had been replaced by a small Christmas tree - we thought it was a lovely touch.
We will definitely stay at the Artorius again in the future.
