We stayed 4 nights here with hotel pickup and return. The property consists of 6 rooms in a converted apartment, with some rooms overlooking a non-descript courtyard/scooter parking area. Fantastic location just seconds from Berberelli metro station, and 5 minute walks to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Air-conditioned, clean, ensuite rooms with contemporary wooden flooring. Breakfast was delivered to the room on a tray, with coffee, juice, a few sweet croissants and rolls. The only down side is that the corridor extends into the reception area and kitchenette, so we heard all the goings-on there, the rings of the doorbell, the opening and closing of the front door, the phone calls, the discussions about how to get places and the coffee machine. This is fine if you arrive late and leave early every day, but the chances are that you will be woken up in the morning, admittedly, never too early, if you are a light sleeper. Despite this, it is still value for money for cleanliness and location.
