What a nice place! It is very clean, very comfortable, and only 12 minutes walk to the Vatican and Sant Angelo! The staff of three guys - Gabriel, Jun, and one more - were VERY nice, very accomodating, very eager to help. We were provided with a map when we arrived and were shown the more popular sites and how to get there by bus and metro. Breakfast was very good and served in the room every morning exactly at the time you request.. We took the metro to Colesseum and walked to Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, Capitol, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, and Piazza del Popolo all the way back to this B&B! We were very tired, but that's Rome - walking is the best way to see the sights! Lots and lots of upscale shopping on Via Cola de Rienzo as well as pizzerias and restaurants. This B&B had a private car service for 45 euros to and from FCO airport.. The car arrived 10 minutes early at the B&B both times we requested it, and we were very pleased with the service -- it was a good deal as it saved us time for our mornng flight departures.

After trying to find a reasonably priced hotel,centrally located, we found this hotel on the net and contacted the owner by email. He responded very quickly,answering all our questions and we went ahead and booked with him. My husband and I were not disappointed. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the vatican and a short bus trip away from all other major tourist attractions. If you like walking you can walk to Colosseum, Pantheon etc as we did and get a bus back to hotel.
The rooms are in an old beautiful security building in a main street within a block of a main department store, grocery store and clothing boutiques stores.
The premises were very clean and the breakfast more than enough and delivered to the room. The morning we had to leave very early they made sure that we had something to eat by leaving us a tray of food the night before.
The owner Gabriel was very friendly and helpful. He even offered us the use of his personal computer if we needed to send an email or check up on anything. The 2 young men who worked there Jun and Ramil were also very pleasant and helpful.
We really only have 1 negative and that is the shower recesses are very small!.

This was a wonderful little hotel. Very charming building.
Our room was not too small, although the shower was very small. Even though we were on a busy street, the noise level was minimal.
The two hotel managers were delightful, eager to help, and very knowledgeable of the area. They brought our breakfast to our room every morning at exactly the time we asked.

I stayed with my boyfriend for 4 nights in this bed and breakfast in Rome. It is excellent. The room was very quiet, and the service was great. Thanks Christopher!!! The breakfast was more than abundant. Air conditioning was functioning and independent. The barthroom was impecable the four days.
The b&b has an excellent location (you can walk to Piazza del popolo and Vatican easily, and the metro takes you everywhere else. The Lepanto metro station is very close, just four blocks). Supermarket at two blocks, several restaurants around...what else can you ask for?
