After reading the reviews on trip advisor, we decided we had to give this place a try. I am pleased to report we were not dissappointed! The hostess - Victoria - was nothing but warm and friendly. She assisted in each and every way possible to help make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were cleaned daily to an impeccable standard. Breakfast is basic, but Victoria happily gave directions to a nearby supermarket where I purchased some fresh fruit and wholemeal bread for breakfast. We literally were made to feel at home. Apartments were new and clean. Location is ideal! 5 minute walk from Termini station and buses to all locations. The Colusseum is less than 1km away and nearby attractions are within walking distance.

Seriously, great value for money! You have to stay here! Would recommend this place to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 4 nights at Principe Nuovo (the new addition to Principe B&B). It is a wonderful place, and it is definitely a good bargain. The owners are fantastic people, very accommodating and hospitable. The rooms are quite spacious for Rome standards (trust me, in Rome it's a big deal to find an affordable hotel with well-equipped and spacious rooms). Breakfast was very nice and quite substantial. Finally, it is a nice location next to Termini. Overall, I totally recommend Principe to anyone.

We stayed for five nights in Principe B&B and it was excellent. As you can see on the map it's perfectly placed to explore Rome since "Roma Termini" - the main station - is just 3min. walk away. Like in most cities, this advantage is accompagnied by the fact that the district is probably not the most beautiful in Rome but by entering Principe B&B you'll forget about that.
The newly renovated rooms are well equipped (e.g. TV, safe), clean and comfortably quiet during the nights (there's no major road close by and I did not notice any noise from the main station). Breakfast was served between 8 and 10am and was even better than in some hotels. Victoria, the owner of Principe B&B, is very kind and tries to help whereever she can. For instance, when we arrived the first things we got were a bottle of cool water and a city map.

If I come back to Rome, I will certainly try to stay at Principe B&B again!

How much can be expected from the hostess at your B&B????? When we arrived to Rome, our luggage was lost by the airline and we were really anguished about it. When we arrived to the B&B, Victoria told us not to worry, to give her the information about our claim and that she would take care of it. She told us to go and enjoy the city while she called the airline, checked what happened and see that our bags were delivered to the B&B. AND SHE DID!!!!! The place is spotlessly clean, good size of rooms for Europe and location is quite well connected, but Victoria is an added value you won't find in any hotel, not even the Ritz, so please, trust me when I say she is amazing and will make your stay unique
