I went there with my boyfriend in September 2009 and when we arrived at the B&B we were really really suprised about the rooms. They are very clean and it was very comfortable to live in them. The seperate bathrooms are clean and the rooms are big enough to stay there for a few days. In addition to that the people owning the place are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is typical italian and you can combine different typies of breakfast. The location of the B&B is perfect... its litaraly arround the corner from the central station. About 5 minutes to walk. We also did not see any scary people in this area so that you can walk arround there at night without any problems.
Another big plus was the free wireless internet you can use here.
We really had a great time and the B&B definately had a big role in all that.
If we ever go back we would definitely choose this B&B again!

The owner and his daughter Claudia were very accommodating! They went out of their way to make things comfortable for us. The location is ideal if you want to be near the railroad station terminus - you can walk to Delia directly from there. At the same time, it felt very private and perfectly safe.

The room was spacious and the bathroom, immaculately clean.

We'll definitely return the next time we're in Rome.

I stayed for 7 nights at Delia B&B and we had a great time there. The owners are very kind and friendly, and they offered us many useful advice.

This is a perfect place to stay in Rome: close to Termini and everything you might want to visit, very clean and friendly!

As mentioned before, I was impressed by the cleanness of the hotel and by the quality of service provided by the family who owns it. Special thanks to Corneliu and Claudia for making us feeling at home.

We also enjoyed the continental breakfast provided by them in the room and I can say that my daughter is very demanding when it comes to the taste of the food!

I will definitely recommend it to anybody who goes to Rome for visiting purposes.
