We debated a long time over what hotel to stay in and picked Hotel Delia because it wasn't too pricey and looked nice. The hotel turned out to be very good value. Our room was lovely, very spacious with a table and chairs, a double bed, plenty of wardrobe room and a good sized bathroom.

They brought us breakfast in bed which was a really nice touch for a romantic getaway. The breakfasts were simple but always lovely. The building is built around a little patio square which was nice as the rooms are not overlooking the road and it is very quiet. There is also a lovely pizzeria just next door if you don't want to travel into Rome every night. Having said that, the walk into the city centre is not far at all and we walked everywhere with ease.

Most importantly, the staff are always happy to help and sorted out any problems we had immediately. As our flight wasnt until the evening they even gave us a room to leave our bags on the day we checked out so we had an extra day to explore Rome.

I would recommend the accomodation and hope to stay there again sometime.

With the cost of accomodations in Europe sky high we were a bit concerned when we saw the low 100Euro price tag for a double but the reviews were quite good and the location was ideal.
We were there with our daughter and two teenaged girls who shared a comfortable triple.
Rooms were large, spotless and comfortable. Others have written about restaurant downstairs and supermarket 2 minute walk away.
The thing that made the biggest impression is that I was feeling unwell and asked the owner about a doctor. Within 5 minutes his daughter came to my aid, walked with me to the pharmacy - about 10 minutes away. Translated my needs to the pharmacist and did it all with a lovely smile.
That's the kind of place and treatment that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Great hotel. Good size room. With elevator, near the train station, metro (subway), bus station. Paid 100 Euros per night. Local restorant next door is great for dinner (good price, good food). Grocery store around the corner. Friendly stuff. Just one thing: the bed mattresses are not the most comfortable.
Other than that - no complains.

Great little place in the heart of Rome, very close to most landmarks and sights. Room was very clean, whatever we asked for was provided, nothing was too much trouble, hosts were friendly and gracious. Good security for a B&B, had to go through 4 locked doors before arriving at the room. I traveled with my sister and without our husbands, and this aspect as well as the helpfulness of the staff made us feel secure. English is spoken but don't expect fluency - you are in Italy after all, not England...
Overall : on a budget, would stay at Delia again
