Great hotel. Good size room. With elevator, near the train station, metro (subway), bus station. Paid 100 Euros per night. Local restorant next door is great for dinner (good price, good food). Grocery store around the corner. Friendly stuff. Just one thing: the bed mattresses are not the most comfortable.
Other than that - no complains.

Great little place in the heart of Rome, very close to most landmarks and sights. Room was very clean, whatever we asked for was provided, nothing was too much trouble, hosts were friendly and gracious. Good security for a B&B, had to go through 4 locked doors before arriving at the room. I traveled with my sister and without our husbands, and this aspect as well as the helpfulness of the staff made us feel secure. English is spoken but don't expect fluency - you are in Italy after all, not England...
Overall : on a budget, would stay at Delia again

Great place to stay. God accommodation. Room very clean, well looked after and quiet (especially for Rome). Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in your room as the only public area is reception. Different, but it works.
We stayed with friends who would also reccommend this B+B. Location was good, just 4-5 minutes from the Termini which is where the day starts for most people.
Would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at the Delia for 2 days upon returning to Rome to finish our European holiday. And, it was strange. First off, you can't quite tell where the B & B is from the street. Luckily, we had a GPS that repeatedly told us that "we had arrived". It isn't the best location - just 3-4 blocks away from Termini station. You must take the elevator up 3 - 4 floors and then knock on a wooden door which opens onto a "reception desk". From there, there are 3 doors. One of those led to our room. It was very strange. It felt very makeshift. There are like 5 huge keys you need to get through all of the doors so those were a bit inconvenient to carry all around central Rome. The breakfast is OK - just a traditional continental breakfast.

Our major problem was when we needed to check out...There was no one at reception (actually, during the two nights we were there reception was virutally non-existant). Anyhow, we needed to pay and hand in our keys. We called and called the 2 different numbers posted on the back of the door but no one answered. Finally, someone answered the phone (obviously fast asleep) and told me to write my credit card number down on a slip of paper and leave it at the desk....I was uncomfortable doing that...And, it was 7:30am when we were checking out; not the middle of the night!

All in all, not an excellent deal, not an excellent location, and none of the charm of a traditional B & B. I'd prefer to stay at the Albergo Romano near the Colosseum. A much nicer location, room and breakfast compared with the Delia.
