Dont be carried away by the pictures of the website! It was a nightmare for us. I would not recommend this for families travelling to Rome. Imagine yourself in a multi-door appartment where you can see your neighboors cooking, clothes hanging and all typical activities of a mass housing. Its all there! The room has no airconditioning except a heater! our cabinet door is falling down. The tv's not working. There is no reception except for a table with computer and a broken motorbike and vendo machines. The is no even a signage that will let you know that there is an existing hotel! The rooms are located on the other side with a falling door too! This hotel or whatever they call it, needs more & more improvements!

First impression, this place looked great, good location, 75 euros a night for a double with private bath including breakfast (booked last minute). The room was newly decorated, very clean and the lady who I think owes it is really friendly. However.... the noise of the water system at night is ridiculous, every time someone in the building (we were on the top floor of 4 stories) the room sounded like it was going to take off. Friday night was terrible, saturday night wasn't as bad but still not great. The breakfast was at a cafe a couple of blocks away and was a coffee and stale crossiant.

Its a shame because this place would have been great otherwise.
