We stayed here for four nights. Paid 300 EUR per night for a double room. This is a very small boutique hotel (or guest house) in a great part of Rome, a couple of minutes walk from the Spanish steps and Metro station.
The first room we were given, 101, was right off a small room which was functioning as the morning breakfast buffet area. This room was VERY noisy and I would recommend specifically avoiding it. From 6:30am in the morning you could hear the drawers being opened and closed, plates being put out, and all voices coming from the room.
Upon complaining we were offered a penthouse suite. Surprisingly, the suite was not much bigger than the double room, with the exception of a big outdoor balcony which overlooked the street. It also had a bigger couch, a bathtub versus a shower and an extra TV. For the price of a double room, it was fine, but it would not be worth booking this at the regular suite rate. You could still hear the noise of the tiny little lift from the room and noises from the corridor.
The rooms did not include a tea or coffee maker, which was a bit of a let down given there was no onsite restaurant. However they felt quite clean and new given the hotel is only one year old.
One of the disappointing aspects of the stay was that the hotel asked us to pay in cash after we checked in and were shown our room. The receptionist insisted that the credit card machine was not working. We refused to pay in cash and raised the issue with the manager, who was polite and aplogetic.
At the end of our stay, the credit card machine was magically working again.
Overall a comfortable little hotel to stay in for a few days, with no real facilities but a great location in Rome. All major sites were within 20 to 30 minutes walk.
