We spent 3 days in Residenza KI.We found the location superb,very close to the trevi fountain and spanish steps.The staff were helpful and rooms clean,superb cappucino in the morning.Overall the price is good,and location excellent.
We come back again next year.

Excellent hotel with helpful staff, room and breakfast was fine and location fantastic.
I was a solo travel but i found a new friends in Rome. nice suggest for restaurant and good organization for the airport .

what a nice place to live Rome! We spent four days and we really feel like home.thise place is managed from a family,they told us,so ewerything well done.
they take care about clean,about breakfast fresh croissant ham,salame,cheese,fresh fruit salad and homemade cake.
Room are good always cleaning.the staff is fantastic they help us with map and suggestion for restaurant and museum.but the best quality of residenza ki s the location... 2 minutes to arrive in trevi fountain and spanish steps,you can forget bus and metro if you like walking like us just to know is 45 minutes to arrive in vatican city by walk and 20 by metro.
we reccomend this place to all people want save a money choosing a good quality

Amazing relation quality and price.Delicius breakfast,free wifi,central location.
The restaurant suggested from all staff was fantastic and chip.
