I booked this hotel via www.hrs.com - the price was 62 Euro for double room with breakfast. Hotel is a little apart from city center. From Fiumicino airport you can take a train to Tiburtina station and then walk (approx. 1,5 km) or take a taxi (5 Euro). On our way back from hotel to Tiburtina train station we paid 10 Euro for the taxi - due to strange rules in Roma, because when you call for the taxi, the taxi driver starts the meter when he starts to go to you - so you never know how much you will pay ;-(.
It is situated on a typical italian quiet street, full of cars, motors and scooters ;-). Hotel looks pretty new (2 years or something). We got room number 104, first floor, pretty quiet - probably thanks to low season and not too many tourists. Room & bathroom were clean, there is tv-set but only with italian tv.
The breakfast is nothing special but good enough to eat (sweet roll, milk, fruits, coffee). The reception (wo)man are helpful, gave us a map and instructed how to get to metro/city center. Bus stop #61 is just 50 meters away and goes to San Silvestri (pretty close to Fontanna di Trevi & Pantheon). Bologna metro station is approx. 15 minutes on foot (5 stops from Colosseum metro station).
To sum it up - me and my wife we were satisfied and can recommend this hotel to people who don't want to stay in the city center.
