I just returned from a 3 day trip to Rome. My best friend and I found this hotel using "Trip Advisor," and we were extremely satisfied with our choice. The rooms are an excellent size (we both got our own rooms) for European standards and the bathrooms were great. The hot, full pressured shower was welcomed after a long day of walking around the city.

The best part of the stay were the gracious hosts. Alessandro, Albert and Roberto went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. I highly recommend that you adhere to their restaurant recommendations. We chose one restaurant on our own and that was the only one we were disappointed with. Every restaurant (for lunch and dinner) was exceptional beyond compare. My friend and I have a fine palette for both food and wine and we were ecstatic about the restaurants.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel and I would return again without hesitation.

We stayed at this hotel for 3nights to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel is "small but perfectly formed" our room was to the front of the hotel facing onto the road, with the windows closed there was no noise and with the windows thrown open to allow the beautiful Rome sunshine in was still not overly noisey. As the hotel is so small we heard no noise from other guests, it felt more like you were staying in a private appartment.
We walked everywhere from the hotel, although the walk to Travestere was approx 1hour.....not something that everyone would want to do, but the hotel are very happy to arrange cabs for you if you like. The restaurant recommendations that Alessandro gave were fantastic, the best food we ate during our stay.
Althougth there is not restaurant at the hotel, a good continental breakfast is provided in your room each morning. There is also a small shop for anything else you might need, just next door to the hotel.
If we are lucky enough to return to Rome, we will def stay here again.

Our family of 3 stayed for 4 nights in early April 2009 on the recommendation of a colleague. Everything listed in the previous reviews is true! The rooms are reasonably sized by European standards and are perfectly appointed. Our rooms backed onto a courtyard and there was zero traffic noise. Allesandro was the perfect host -he recommended restaurants that we would never have found by ourselves and advised on sightseeing, even organized a car to take us to the airport at the end of our trip. We were easily able to walk to all the major sights. Breakfast in our rooms was the ideal start to each day! Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again.

I recently spent a week in Rome, and was extremely impressed with the overall quality and comfortability at the Roma Boutique Hotel.

It was clean, beautiful designed, conveniently located, and the service was more than spectacular.

If you want to enjoy your Roman vacation in style and comfort, I would highly recommend this Hotel. The location was prime - literally in the heart of downtown Rome.
