This hotel is located within easy walking distance to the sights. Close to two subway stops (Republica and Termini). The room was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The room we stayed in had a king size bed and a whirlpool bathtub. The laptop in the room (including internet at no extra charge) was great for finding out info about the city in English. There is no staff during the day other than breakfast or when you are checking in (they email you and ask when you'll be checking in). There is a phone number to call for help but phone calls cost 1.50 euros a minute. Instead use the laptop to find out any thing you need. Breakfast was small (toast, croissants, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee) but good. To be clear there was one type of toast (white), one type of croissant, two kinds of yogurt and two flavors of juice (pineapple and grapefruit). In order to find it you have to go to the address of the hotel and there is a apartment buzzer with a small brass plate with the hotel's name on it. It is a group of three rooms that are in a suite of an office/condo building. So outside of the three rooms are office suites and condos. This creates one small inconvenience you have to carry around a large set of keys (actual metal keys not key cards). One key for the building, one for the door to the suites, your room key and a safe key. When we arrived we noticed a sign that said their credit card machine was broken and you'd have to pay cash. This sign looked like it had been there for a while even though their official website says they take credit cards. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It is an excellent value for Rome. It only cost 5 euros more than a hostel that was a few blocks away. Enjoy your stay in Rome!
